This store chain is absolutely horrible for getting food ready , and door dash. I ordered multiple times and they just canceled the order after an hour, I ordered food today which was the ultimate nachos and all they put on the nachos was the cheese sauce, if I wanted just hot cheese chips, I would of went to the store and just bought chips and queso and warmed it up. It was not worth the price AT ALL. I’m not American I’m just visiting America, I have never had an issue with BWW where I’m from so to have this big of an issue while in america is insane.
Was seated by a gentleman I assumed was manager. A few minutes later the server came and said we were in a closed section and has to move. My mother has trouble getting around. I informed her we were seated by the gentleman which your seated anyway. Soshe should of known that. It seemed she had a little bit of attitude from then on. Had to ask for refills etc...yet she onlybrang one. Three of us. They weren't busy at all. No excuse for bad service!
Service was terrible. They forced my party to mobile order which was a mess. Ended up having to ask for my drink (which mobile ordering should've eliminated) because it never came out. Food was ok. Server didn't care about our table at all. Won't bereturning to a Buffalo Wild Wings for a while and definitely won't return to this location again.
Dear manager, you need to hire more cooks and wait staff. It took 40 minutes for walk in take out order. I observed 7 groups of people for the dining room leave because seating took too long. The take out honey barbecue wings were excellent and the Buffalochicken salad was fair. The staff did the best they could with people working at the time.

Food was good. Vastly understaffed. The bartender was acting as a waiter running around like a mad man. He personally did great. The waitresses are usually inattentive and on their phones and food usually takes a while to arrive after ordering. Food was decent, all other aspects need some work
I visited on Easter Sunday and had an excellent experience. The bartender was fantastic! The manager even came over to chat with us and ensured we were enjoying our time. The food was served hot and fresh, and they had golf and baseball on the TVs, which was exactly what we wanted to watch.
I believe I just had the best Cobb salad for lunch I've ever experienced, and I'm not joking! The fries and drink were the perfect size and tasted fantastic. I’ll definitely be thinking about that salad for a long time!
The cauliflower wings are fantastic! Our server, Diana, was amazing and managed our large group exceptionally well, especially considering it was only her first day on the job! I highly recommend this place!

The server was super nice. However, she wasn't in any hurry. It took 20 mins to get water. Another 30 for food.Medium wings were just spicy enough and tasted excellent.
