Today is April 9, Tuesday I went to your Buffalo Wild Wings Hanover location and the server told us that since they only have one server they are not taking any dine in table after 8:45 and only doing carryout until 11pm. When the actual closing time for kitchen is 11pm. I am a regular at this place and just wanted the management to also know about the things that are going on at this location.The server are going to get this location shut down if they continue to do the same.
We had a family day at Arundel Mills and we ended up eating here for a late lunch. We ordered boneless wings and one of the specialty burgers with peppers in it. The food was mouth watering good. The service wasn't so great. It took a while for our waiter to take our order. And they didn't check on our table like most places do. We even walked up to the register to pay because they didn't come back in a timely manner to take our payment. I'll give them a try again.
Not sure what’s going on at this place food toll over 40 min and cold when we spoke to manger didn’t know why is food got served cold. Manger act like why people come in restaurant to eat. When they serve wings cold really not worth going.honestly when Aileen working you get best service even if she working by her self. She would Handel everything. I ordered food and PAID FOR 3 cups of RANCH. I received no ranch with my order. Upon calling the store today, Manager chris tells me there 's nothing he can do in the rudest way possible. Very disappointed. I work in the food industry as well, if you paid for something you should receive it, if mistakes were made they should be rectified. Not according to manager chris. Very disappointed with the Arundel Mills store, more in their manager. Book a table now
I had a very disappointing experience with the service here. They claim to close at midnight, but when I arrived at 10 PM, they refused to serve me because there were no other customers. The only option they offered was takeout. I was really let down, especially since I traveled a long way to eat at this restaurant, as their closing time was convenient for me. If I could give zero stars, I definitely would.
Do not come here unless you want slow service and dry/old wings. Even with the sauce the wings were so old and dry that I did not even eat them. This goes for both bone in and boneless. Second there was someone washing there feet in the men’s both room in the only working sink. I would never come here again and would not recommend Drive to another bdubs it’s worth the extra time.
I experienced the worst service ever at this restaurant. My order was incorrect, the French fries were freezer burnt and stuck together, the hamburgers were overcooked, and they forgot to include the bacon. It was so disappointing that the manager ended up comping the entire meal for the three of us.
Had the BEST waitress EVER, they have improved their staff since the last time I went. This new girl Madison was so kind and helpful. Food was excellent and me and my 12 kids had a very wonderful dining experience!!!? Book a table now
This location is the best spot for wings in the area! The service and food are exceptional, and there's usually no wait.
