I urge you to close this location before it leads to a lawsuit! My family and I had an incredibly disappointing experience here. First, there was no host at the entrance, and it took us five minutes to get someone’s attention. Despite the restaurant being at only 25% capacity, we had to wait about 15 minutes just to be seated. We ordered cheese curds for appetizers, but they arrived without any cheese—just the fried coating. The grill was broken, so we opted for boneless wings, which were shockingly small—about the size of a nickel. Terrible service and food! I ordered takeout for three people and the fries were cold and hard, like they had been sitting around for days—completely stale. We requested celery and carrots for all three orders but only received one packet, and both the celery and carrots looked spoiled. The boneless wings came with hardly any sauce on them! There really should be a manager overseeing quality control and ensuring every takeout order is checked to confirm everything is correct and looks decent. We were not seated when we arrived, and nobody paid any attention to us while we waited for over half an hour. The restaurant was only a quarter full, with just four tables occupied in the right section. Our waitress seemed more interested in chatting and laughing with another staff member than attending to customers. We decided to leave and have sworn never to return to this location. If I could give it zero stars, I absolutely would.
Another not my first time here, but first Google Review for this place! If I were to review this spot years ago, I probably would have given a 3/5. Recently posted up at the bar on a Friday around 6pm. Not super busy, but the Bartender was energeticand a joy to be served by. Came here on a Tuesday and it wasn?t even crowded. Yet there was dirty dishes at just about every table so we had trouble finding a place to sit. Then it took almost 10 mins for a server to come to take our order.
