My family and I were excited for a nice dinner and chose Buffalo Wild Wings, one of my former favorites. However, our visit changed my opinion. The restaurant was surprisingly empty but had a pleasant atmosphere. Our waitress served us flat Diet Pepsis, but my dad didn’t get his drink until 30 minutes after my mom and me. We were told the bartender was busy, even though only three of about ten bar seats were occupied. We decided to stay and give it another shot, but that was a mistake. I recently tried ordering from the new Buffalo Wild Wings in Nanuet and was extremely disappointed. We got a bundle that included 15 bone-in wings, 15 boneless wings, and fries for the steep price of $35 with tax. We arrived right on time for pickup but still had to wait an additional 5 minutes, and when we got home, everything was ice cold—definitely not warm or even lukewarm. We had requested medium buffalo sauce for the boneless wings, but despite the buffalo sticker on the box, they arrived completely without sauce—just plain chicken tenders lacking flavor. I won't be returning to Buffalo Wild Wings.
This is the worst Buffalo Wild Wings I've ever visited. I placed a takeout order, and it took over an hour to arrive. They repeatedly told me my food would be ready in 10 minutes. When I asked to speak with a manager and requested a refund, that’s when they finally brought out my order. Unfortunately, it was incorrect—they gave me wings with different sauces than what I chose from the menu. Overall, I didn’t enjoy my meal, and it definitely wasn’t worth the long wait.
I won't be returning. I ordered salt and vinegar wings, but they were smothered in a thick layer of salt. I must have shaken off at least 2 tablespoons, and there was still a lot left on them. After just three wings, my mouth felt numb, and I had to gulp down two cups of water, even though I was told they had no ice available—yet I saw them giving ice to customers at the bar.
