My family and I love B-Dubs. We ordered online and waited 41 minutes for our food which was okay with us since we were waiting at the hospital. We get there park in the designated area, text etc and somebody brought our food out. We left get back to the hospital open our bag of food and the order was wrong. They did not give us fries nor did they give us our kids meal with chocolate milk and we got a chicken sandwich which was suppose to be a cheeseburger meal. We called and told them our entire order was wrong, without hesitation they told us to come back as soon as we could and they would bring us our order correctly. We get back to the parking lot and they give us our food, with everythin...
Everything went smoothly with calling in my order and picking it up at the store. I parked in a designated spot, texted my name and parking spot number and it was brought out in a timely manner. The wings, however were not the greatest. Quality in both the juiciness of the wings and the amount of wing sauce was lacking. It really is a hit or miss depending on what location you go to so I wish the consistency was universally top notch like I’ve had in other B-Dubs locations. Overall I will continue coming back but not as frequently unless they can take more pride in mastering the science of wing-making
Really had a great time at this Buffalo Wild Wings. The atmosphere is really great and they are keeping the social distancing guidelines very well. Also, the service is really great. I ordered traditional wings but the server got me boneless wings instead... However, she told me that I can have the boneless wings for free while waiting for my traditional wings. She also kept checking on us to make sure that we don't need anything. Kudos to our server. Didn't get her name but I am very grateful for your wonderful service. Highly recommended.
So they have Wings and beer/full bar and all the sports! Which with enough money/time and resources any one can provide! But the St George Utah B-DUBS has what a place needs to keep me coming back..... And that is a great staff!! And they have it from the managers who are checking on the guests to the wait staff that are always so friendly and good at what they do.!
