We wanted to watch the Michigan vs Alabama game, they had it on several screens and all the big screens. Servers were awesome the 4 hours we were in the building, nice and clean place, good prices, lots of families present having a good time. We are new to the area and this will definitely become one of our new spots to stop into.
It is still my favorite bww, but dam hugo, our server was just not doing it. I seen him around, and when his friends show up his mood changes. He definitely needs to stay away from the service counter and stay with his friends. Great bar tender, but definitely not great on customer service.
I visited on February 9th and had a great meal. I did find the meat could be a bit more tender for a better experience. The service was slightly slow, but I believe that was due to my visit coinciding with Chinese New Year, as some staff members likely took time off.

When I walked inside, there were no employees present— it felt deserted, except for my order sitting alone on a wire rack. To top it off, my receipt didn’t even mention “Buffalo Wild Wings.”
