It's so hard to put a review on high budget fast food joints that supposedly offer quality food(plus entertainment). Half the time you get what your looking for, sub par wings for a decent price. On the other hand you get worse quality, your food slapped together with sauce squeezed from the bottle with no love and (chicken) tender care. Bottom line the experience is like a roller coaster ride where your satisfaction will be a gamble depending on how drunk you are. Kudos to the hard working people at this location tho. Go during not busy times
I ordered 15 wings and pretzels for takeout tonight and was extremely disappointed with my experience. I received at least 5 wings that were barely larger than a quarter, and was shocked to find that they counted towards my 15 wing order. Additionally, I was given less than half a sauce cup of beer cheese, and the depth of the cheese was maybe 1/3 of an inch. While eating my wings, I crunched on something uncomfortable and discovered a bone in my mouth. I was appalled by this experience and will not be ordering from Buffalo Wild Wings again.
I am perplexed by the abundance of drumsticks at this restaurant. During my last visit, I received 8 out of 12 drumsticks, and this time I got 9 out of 12 (I had already eaten one). This consistency is a bit concerning to me. In comparison, other buffalo wing orders I have tried typically have a more balanced mix of drumsticks and other pieces. As someone who doesn't particularly enjoy drumsticks, I am feeling frustrated. Additionally, since the restaurant only offers takeout, I didn't notice the imbalance until I got home.
Ordered delivery through bww website-food arrived late and cold. Ordered onion rings and cheese curds which were inedible at that point. Thw boxes had sauce all on the outside.. The chicken wrap had the wrong sauce on it and the dry rub wings weren't spun so most didn't even have rub on them. We ordered drinks and carrots which we didn't get. Tried to contact the manager who was conveniently out of the store and corporate basically just said sorry about that without making it right.

Horrendous. Ordered delivery and not only did they take almost 2 hours to arrive, the food arrived overcook and also freezing the thermometer was in Celsius but that 77°F… Whatever they did with the coleslaw it was warmer than the wings and looked and tasted like it had been sat out in the sun for about 3 days.
I waited 1 hr fit my food and still didn’t get served, not even 1 cup of water. This is ridiculous. The waiter often served food to wrong table and wasted another 10 ish minutes. There was only one waiter serving food and there whole restaurant was extremely understaffed.

The food was delicious, but I had to wait 15 minutes at the counter before someone took my order. Perhaps they are short-staffed.
