Actually 0 stars. By far the WORST Buffalo Wild Wings experience I 've ever had. The waitress (Jamika) took a very long time to take our order. My husband ordered a beer and waited 10 minutes for it. I tried ordering a hard seltzer and she had no idea what that meant so I had to point to it on the menu and then she said they didn 't have that one so I had to point to another one and she immediately said they didn 't have it so I got a water. When I first entered the restaurant, I was concerned that the service might be lacking since it took a moment to be seated. However, a server quickly came over to explain that they didn't have any hosts that day. I completely understand that—it reminds me of my time working at Bdubs. Our server, Jake, was fantastic; please be sure to let him know I said that. He arrived at our table promptly and brought us everything we requested. We've dined at this location 4 times (2 dine in and 2 online orders). This time was the final straw. After an hour and a half, we went to pick up our order, which was given away to someone else. We waited as multiple other customers came in and had issues with their orders as well. Nearly 45 minutes later, we get our food and when we got home, you could tell the food had sat under a heat lamp way too long. The fries were inedible, the boneless wings were overcooked, the regular wings were lukewarm, and my wife's order was wrong. I understand having a bad night, but the service and food at this location has been consistently poor each visit. We won't be returning.
It was our first visit to the restaurant, and we had a great experience. The food was excellent, and we ordered the lunch special for just $8, which included six boneless wings, fries, and a drink—definitely a good deal! The service was friendly and efficient. However, the restaurant was quite loud, with TVs playing sports in the background. This is perfect for sports enthusiasts, but it wasn’t really my cup of tea, and oddly enough, it seemed like no one else was paying attention to the TVs either. We arrived at noon, and it wasn't busy at all!

The service has really gone down hill as of late. I’m a big fan of Bdubs, but this location needs to figure out what they’re doing. The food and drinks are always late, and the service just isn’t personable. They’re lucky I love their cheese curd bacon burger, and there aren’t a lot of other places to go in the area. Set your expectations low, and you’ll be happy with the outcome.
We visited the restaurant on a Monday night, so it was relatively quiet. The service was friendly and prompt, with our appetizers arriving as quickly as our main dishes. Everything we tried was delicious. The only issue was the restrooms; they need to be checked and cleaned more frequently!
This location is terrible. Service and food. Idk if this location is corporate or a franchise but they need to figure out how to run a restaurant. Also the only responses on the reviews are “please fill out some bs form and we will address the issues”
I visited on a Thursday evening and noticed that only half of the tables were occupied. Despite this, the staff struggled to keep up with the demand. Our hostess ended up bringing us our drinks herself.
