ordered takeout over a week ago (on a Thursday) for there BOGO special. Had the 10 10 (3 sauces). Drove 20 min each way. When i got back to work one of the containers was missing. Called them up to see if it was there, if they forgot or what happened.They couldn't refund the difference cause they said it was the special so they'd send a gift card. Been over a week and receivednothing. When this place first opened i'd go maybe once or twice a week. But its been downhill for awhile. Now its maybe everyother month for a special and that's even iffy now.
I had a great experience at the restaurant. I ordered boneless chicken wings and a strawberry lemonade. The waitress was exceptionally kind and the food was served promptly. I was satisfied with the wings, and the burgers and fries were cooked perfectly. The overall experience was enjoyable, although I found the menu slightly confusing. Despite this, I would still give it a four-star rating because I had a good time during my visit.
Service is excellent. Some of the kindest and most considerate staff and managers. Ken and the others helped accommodate us for a booth and were very warm and friendly. Definitely recommend going here to support this location even if it’s out of the way for you. We had a great time. Nice and clean place, great atmosphere, and everyone makes you feel at home.
My boyfriend and I went for dinner at 9 pm here at this Buffalo Wild Wings and not one waiter came up to us for nearly 20 minutes. 4 waiters walked past and saw us sitting at the table and didn?t even acknowledge us. Not even offered a water, couldhave said I?ll be right with you or something.. like do they not know how to do their job?¿

I recently dined at Buffalo Wild Wings for the first time and used a coupon for a free appetizer. The appetizer, topped with plenty of toppings, was excellent. The rest of my meal was also good, and the service was excellent.

Here's the skin. I'm just going on Tuesday for the half-priced wings. I order online and pick up at the restaurant. The wing is cooked like I ordered. And always good. Value $10 for large order .
Great food bar. Always good to catch sports games there. Where else you can catch a Knicks game and the Giants Jets Dallas game at the same time. Good bartender always!!!
