My recent visit to Buffalo Wild Wings was nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment I walked in, I knew this would be a regrettable experience. The service, or rather the lack of it, was appalling.To begin with, the wings I ordered were served ice-cold, drowning in an excessive amount of sauce. I couldn't even bring myself to finish them. Ok I hate leaving bad reviews but this trip was just awful. Maybe it's not popular to order a burger at a chicken place but that's not an excuse to serve a burger DRIPPING grease!!! I'm never the type to send food back, but I had to today and when it came back... it was the same issue, honestly I'm pretty sure it was the same exact burger. The first time it came out it was literally dripping!! I picked it up and it was leaking grease in a steady stream. The second time the bun was just soaked in grease I probably could've squeezed it out!! I tried to take a bite I just couldn't do it, it was a slippy greasy mess. Lastly our meals came out separate. I had the worst experience at this restaurant. We arrived at 5:45pm and there were hardly any tables in the dining room. It took the server about 10 minutes to come over and she didn't even greet us with her name, just asked us what we wanted to drink. Our drinks were delivered promptly, but we waited 25 minutes for her to come back and take our order, which she never did. We saw her chatting with other tables, going behind the bar, and complaining to the host about being over-seated. A large party of 10 people came in after us and were greeted and served before us. Ordered take out 20 wings sauce on side and 20 boneless. It was not ready when they said it would be.i guess if you cut a nugget into 4 pcs they count that as 4 pc of boneless chicken.on the wings I only got 10 instead of 20 and the sauce on side was enough for 3 wings. so I call and speak to manager and tell him about wings he says he can make them or credit them I'm like it's 15 min away and the 10 I have do not look all that good.so I was not driving back just credit them..well he never did credit them like he said he would.

Horrible service. I come in here with a large group an the server splits all us all up and then messes up all of our orders and gives attitude when we correct her NICELY on her mistake. Never once did she ask if we wanted refills and than we asked her politely if she could split our check up and she said “ no i am not doing all of that. You have to deal with it “ horrible customer service I definitely will never be coming back
The restaurant was dirty and the service was terrible. We had to constantly search for our waitress to get anything we needed. The seats we were seated at were dirty with food and liquids, so we had to ask for them to be cleaned. There were dirty napkins scattered around and under our table, and it looked like the floor hadn't been properly cleaned in days. Overall, I would not recommend going back to this place.
Couldn’t even tell you how the food was. I waited 15 minutes to be seated cuz no one was manning the front counter, no one was behind the bar, and I didn’t see any servers. Idk if anyone works at this restaurant but from what I can see it’s unlikely. On my way to the longhorn steakhouse next door now, wish me luck ?
The service was terrible, simply terrible. After waiting for 20 minutes and only receiving drinks, we decided to leave $5 on the table and go. The server spent more time talking to other staff about being busy than actually serving us. We didn't even get the opportunity to order food.

The orders were messed up, not the proper sauce. When we placed the order it said it would be done by a certain time but was 10 minutes longer. And to top it off there were only 3 tables being served inside. A bit disappointing, we've never had problems
