Had been to this location for dining and there were only 2 group of people present apart from us , so it was really slow. Ordered food , the food was served almost after 30 minutes . Food was served but no plates or spoon or napkins were provided. Had to get up and go to the front to ask for it. Even after that, it was not provided and food was getting cold. Have been to BWW so many times and this has been the worst experience of all! The service was awful! The margarita was full of ice and no alcohol! The waiters forgot our order and we had to constantly remind them about our order multiple times, this was on a sunday ni8 with barely 2-3 tables full! I don't think we will ever go back to this location!
I ordered the wings combo and I noticed that the price of chicken wings has really increased lately. The dry rub and sauce were excellent, the slaw was fresh and crunchy, and the fries were served hot. I do wish the portion of fries was larger, but overall, I thoroughly enjoyed the meal. The service was quick and attentive.
Edited 1:40 PM: I finally received my order, and, unsurprisingly, it was cold. I placed this order on Thursday, 11/18/2021, for their BOGO boneless wings, but I only received 6 wings instead of the expected 20.
