Today, Sunday, April 9, I took my family out for lunch at 4 PM. There were nine of us in total, and the staff struggled to figure out how to seat us all together. Although we eventually managed to arrange it ourselves, our experience only got worse from there. When our orders were served, it was a chaotic mess—there were no plates, forks, knives, or napkins. It was truly disappointing. I had to go to the counter to ask for spoons, but two employees responded that they didn't speak English. Terrible terrible service and worst food. The order taker are full of attitude! Table we sat on was sticky as hell! Ordered keema, tikka roll and bun kabab. Keema was stone cold!! I have never eaten worst keema in my life. Bun kabab was the only bearable thing. I returned to this place after almost 2 years and hoping to never return. Also, I wanted to order nihari and they said it?s only till 2.30 PM. And the family after me just ordered it and got it!! Pfft!!
Amazing food! I was in Florida and had them send the food overnight after hearing great reviews. The food was fresh and tasted fantastic after reheating. I ordered Nihari, Haleem, Chicken Tikka, and naan bread. I thoroughly enjoyed everything and will definitely visit the restaurant whenever I'm in Virginia.
This review is based on my experiences before the pandemic. I absolutely loved their tandoori chicken and the various rice bowl dishes. It feels like you can't go wrong with any choice on the menu. I plan to visit again soon to see if anything has changed or if they're still serving amazing food.

The portion sizes are too small for the price charged. There are better alternatives for the same cost, like Lakshmi Restaurant. The mango lassi I ordered was only half a glass, and the biryani serving was quite disappointing. It felt like I might have received a children's portion by mistake.
The Chicken Tikka was very dry and lacked flavor. Also, many dishes have an extra fee for kids' portions. As a restaurant specializing in Pakistani cuisine, there's definitely room for improvement. You might want to consider better options such as Cha Tea House, Mirzaan, and Mehfil.
Although they were getting ready to close, their behavior was unwarranted. I ordered a Faluda, Mirchi Fries, and a Karahi Kofta Bowl. However, they only delivered the Faluda and fries, seemingly "forgetting" the main dish. This is simply unacceptable.
Very good and affordable place to eat. Portion size is small but is adequate for the asking price. Their Falooda was great. Must visit if you're in DC.

Toosso Pakistani Kitchen has quickly become my new favorite spot. Their menu offers the best bun kabob and tea at a very reasonable price.
The roll and chat at this place bring back memories of home. The taste is great, but the prices are a bit on the higher side.
