Let me be honest. There was nobody there and they still took over 2 hours to get us food. About an hour wait with nobody there then another hour for food to be brought out. They are short staffed so if you don't mind waiting and watching TV or being onyour phone then go, because the food is good. The review is for the wait times. Our server was very nice and if I could reviewher separately she deserves a 4 out of 5. We went in on a Sunday.
If you want to avoid the wait, grab a seat at the bar and Christina will take great care of you on a Tuesday night. Even after a power outage, our food and drinks were served promptly, and the overall experience varies depending on the staff. I was pleasantly surprised this time, as both the food and service were exceptional compared to my previous visits! I recommend stopping by between 4 PM and 7 PM for the best service.
Service was awesome… i clicked on wrong order on the online but the manager adjusted the order she was very helpful. i recommend this branch and seems not so crowded too so you should get a seating place every time you visit this location. I just ordered from uber eats and all my 6 burgers were raw!! My children and my wife who is pregnant all ate some and didn't realize until half way it was raw. On top of that I went to go pick it up. Don't care how long you take i just want you to makeit right !! Book a table now
The food meets the usual standards of BDub in terms of quality and consistency. However, the service, especially regarding food delivery, is frustratingly slow at this location. It seems that they are quite understaffed.
We visited Buffalo Wild Wings after playing golf at Skywest. Unfortunately, they don't have beer pitchers available, so each of us had to order our own individual beers.
I would give this Buffalo Wild Wings a rating of 0 stars if I could. I just visited the Hesperian location and once again, I was both disappointed and disgusted.
The interior has a unique, quirky vibe. The service is quite slow, but the staff is friendly. It's on the pricier side, but the wings were excellent. Book a table now
