Today Sunday late afternoon and I order 1 regular iced avocado and I waited for 30 mins. The guy cashier gave my order to another Lady that he didn’t even realized I was first . He didn’t even ask for a number but when the lady went up to register and asked him if that was her order and the cashier gave it to her without askin for her number. I was ahead of her. Just because we ordered same drink for only 1- doesn’t mean the order was rightfully hers. I was very disappointed at the cashier. And I waited for another 10 minutes until I went up to the register and ask for my order. They didn’t even apologize or anything! The cashier said oh I don’t know. And the other guy cashier oh here you go...
3.5+ stars. First time trying Empanadas from Red Ribbon and they were good! I liked that the crust was buttery without being greasy and the flavors all tasted different for each of the Chicken, Beef, and Pork. They were also filling, affordable, and not like other Empanadas I've had.The Chicken Empanada was the best out of the variety pack as the meat was tender. The Beef and Pork had a bite to them, which I wasn't expecting as I thought the meat would be more melt in your mouth or stewed. Flavor wise all were yummy though. They had a promotion on DoorDash where you got a free Empanada if you ordered certain items, which was nice. I'm very curious about their mango cake and will have to orde...
Place is clean, food's great, but the customer service is only okay. My main complaint is their cake writing skills. I specifically asked if they were able to write pretty on the cake (otherwise I could've just found a different red ribbon to go to) and they said yes, and ruined my mom's birthday cake. I'll definitely be taking some cake decorating lessons myself so I don't have to go through this again.
I have ordered birthday cakes for several company team members from this restaurant. The Mango and Black Forest cakes are always a hit! They are delicious and not overly sweet. My orders have always been perfect! The restaurant is clean and offers a great selection of desserts.

My first visit to this restaurant was truly impressive and the staff was very friendly. Frau Jesseilyn B was particularly polite and humble. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and will definitely be returning. The mango torte was especially delicious.
Bad customer service. I paid 10 cents for a bag during checkout and they tried to stuff everything in the cheap, free grocery bag. When i ask them to give me a different bag because i already paid for the bag, they gave me the look and said here your 10 cents bag
For my mom's birthday, we decided to order the mango roll cake online for pickup. The process of picking up the cake was very fast and efficient. The cake itself was absolutely delicious, with a perfect balance of mango flavor.
The staff at this restaurant is amazing - very kind, polite, and quick to serve. I ordered over 200 empanadas for a party, including pork and chicken varieties, and they were both delicious.

It's all time favorite for Filipino Cakes and off course my favorite the Pancit Palabok! Majority of their bake goods are really soft and yummy!
