Wings are my favorite meal and BWW is my go-to place, so this is killing me to have to write this. BEYOND disappointed in the rapid decline we have experience in the take out service here over the last several months. Tonight it was wings with absolutely NO SAUCE on ANY of them. One box had a small puddle of sauce poured in the bottom the wings dumped in on top. So there was a smear of sauce on like one side of 4 wings. Does that even count?? Last time we ordered we had cheese sticks so overcooked all of the cheese was gone from inside. Empty breading shells was what I got for my money, and a small pile of crispy burnt cheese on the side to let me know they WERE cheese sticks at one time. Ye...
Ordered online first time ever doing carry out. And also, the last time. Ordered the house sampler and a dozen wing combo. There was cilantro on my nachos making them inedible to me, even after ordering NO cilantro, in to separate spaces on the online order. Thumbs down number one. No ranch or veggies for the wings. Thumbs down number 2. Very little to no sauce on any of the wings thumbs down number 3. No fries with the wing sampler Thumbs down #4. Read your grill slips, yall. I work in food service, its not that hard! Food was alright, what I could eat of it. Id be more upset if I had spent my money and not a gift card still a huge let down. I wont be ordering to go ever again.
Service is slow and even though they may be understaffed, it should not take 30-45 min to get the order. Also they made my order incorrect, I ordered southwest black bean burger with avocado , the burger came out with no vegetable or avocado in the burger. It took them 3 time to get my order correct by the time I got it corrected the food was cold.
Restaurant is dirty, floors, menus. Service was inconsistent, they forgot about us. No straws, no silverware, cold food. First time at this location. You'll also need 4 wheel drive in the parking lot. Being generous with 2 stars, because we know how hard it is to find employees, let alone good employees.

Dover, DE BWW was one of the best BWW we visited during the lunch break in a very long time. It has a wonderful atmosphere, service in a timely way and only a good atmosphere. Our only problem was that our server forgot us after it delivered our meal. She apologized, but we were all right.
The service here is always friendly and very prompt. I usually sit at the bar, as Lexy always takes great care of me. The food quality is a little lacking if you're planning to get wings, but I attribute that to supply shortages. Overall a nice place with good people.
We were in the mood for drinks and wings, this place definitely meets. The service was good and wings came hot and tasty. My only drawback was that I got all the drumsticks in my order, I wish I had a few rattles to mix it. Overall, this is a good restaurant and bar.
The first time at his location. Total experience, not bad. Our server Josh was excellent, he was on the point and took care of our needs very well. We had a selection of wings, they were excellent. We will surely come back

Watched the Philadelphia Eagles win at home opener on MNF! We had great service and was always checked on! It was a great time with all of my fellow Eagles fans and that ONE Dallas fan
