this place is the worst. I asked for a 12-piece killer bucket (family meal) and was denied that they were a frit. I then asked for 3 4-piece commos that they were ready to fulfill. Wait a minute. my original iron order could have been offered a total of 12 like 3 combos, but the manager still refused to give me a family court contract. I thought I was done with this place until I came to lunch at 1130. google says they're open, lady in the window says they can't open. must now work on two frits.
Food looks disgusting...order a Famous Bowl without the chicken. Asked if they could substitute the cookie for a biscuit...was rudely told No. This is the first KFC that ever said No. The Famous bowl was filled with water from the corn. We asked for a refund...we told her that we started drinking the soda...she said...doesn't matter give it back. Ok cook...no problem...they took the soda, opened it, poured back into the soda machine. I was horrified! No precaution for Covid at all.
I’m never one to call fast food staff “rude” because i know first hand how stressful it can be. But we just now pulled up to the empty drive through and the woman who took our order was EXTREMELY rude. Floored my fiancé and i. She spat so much attitude within seconds of us pulling up. No excuse to treat polite people like this. Had to immediately drive away without completing our order.
They have a nasty young black woman, with red and black braids that under no circumstance should be working customer service register on drive through. I asked her why she was screaming unprofessional doing her job. And she slammed the window shut! No way I wanted anything from her,who knows what she would put into my food. Do better at screening your applicant's. Terrible staff!

Very disappointed. The Family Meal Deal, now only comes with two sides, no cole slaw. The biscuits were flat and hard. The gravy lid was not on correctly and it got spilled. The chicken had been cooked for a while. The price on the menu board was incorrect. Had to pay more at the window. Unless you have exact change you will not get any coins back. A wasted $26.
Chicken is fair but sides are nasty. KFC does know that Boxed Mashed potatoes need milk and butter and a dash of salt, in order to be delish. Now I know the mc&chese is the same nasty cause if KFC wont put 3 main ingredients in, the sides are lacking the same flavors. Also stop calling that brown stuff gravy. Want good sides go to popeyes! KFC needs help.
Every time I try … I try to get food from this location it’s always an excuse. One is they are out of chicken. Another is they are out of everything and only have chicken. Today was they aren’t taking customers at this time. Another time they are closed early it was 8pm. I’m so lost for words as to who runs this location and why has it crashed this bad.
Rude staff/crew, still using the COVID excuse not open the lobby for indoor ordering and or dining. It seems odd, when other nearby fast food establishments have open lobbies for indoor ordering/dining. Quality and quantity of food has eroded substantially, while at the same time Bad attitude from the crew members has shot-up significantly.

I tried the KFC Chicken Sandwich for the first time today and it was larger, fresher, and more delicious than Chick-fil-A. It felt like I was eating a real piece of chicken, not like the processed shaped chicken from other places. KFC definitely knows their chicken. Treat yourself to the best!
