Recently, I experienced the best service ever at Buffalo Wild Wings on a Saturday afternoon. The server was friendly, attentive, and very helpful. Their drumsticks were large and beautifully prepared. There was a small mix-up with one of our items—the sauce on the "Death Afteros," I believe they’re called—was not served on the side as requested. Thankfully, the server noticed before it was brought out and quickly fixed the issue. Overall, the service was excellent. However, the seasonal, limited-time-only purple Mountain Dew "Legacy" flavor tasted bland and weak. The food is fine. I got an order to go for a group and when I got it home they messed up one of the items. The manager was nice at first but only offered a refund of the item. You messed up someone's meal and with a take out order it cant be justcorrected like it can in store. I should have to argue or get an attitude to get more than just a minimum refund. Gettingoffered a coupon or something would have been fine but I didn't appreciate the attitude that came with it. I was polite, Yourstore messed up. Do better.
Order 20 boneless wings and fries combo. Ordered everything online for pick up. Got there and it sent me a text offering curbside, so since I had a sleeping son I chose that not knowing they did curb side. Got there earlier than when it say my order was ready and checked it. Service was horrible was very slow and the place wasn't too busy at the time and yet our server went missing for a long time multiple times. Onion rings were basically cold, my kids Mac and cheese wasn't even cheesey more dry and cold. Our wings took about 30mins to get to us. Chips and salsa is a joke especially the salsa. Salsa tasted like (and if I had to put money on it) Walmart Great value picante sauce, not even lying. Such a shame won't be going back. No wonder the family behind us called

I have tried to order a wrap from them 2 times, no cheese and Asian zing sauce. I have received a mango habanero with cheese and a medium Buffalo with cheese. I do not know how they ring in online orders from their own website but it is horrible. No one is paying attention.

Just ordered a Buffalo wrap with wedges and crema on the side... very dissapointed it showed up in the full size box without any wedges and there's no buffalo sauce on this wrap.

Our food and server was amazing. Andrea did an amazing job, she is quick, recommends items and is very observant. Drinks don’t go empty and she is nice on top.
