just plain unbreeding. after trying to find a clean table(if a note has been) our server thenyel took her sweet long time to get us even closer. ordering two glasses wein was more than she could handle, as it took another ten minutes. another bad decision on our side was the order of home salads, which looked like left over salat, soggy and not worth the $4! wings were a completely different set of so wrong! if they did not drown in the sosse to cover the dryness of the innate meat, then they can only imagine how wrong our first and obviously last culinary experience was. save you the time, stunning and money, there are other dirty, bad service, bad eating places in tulsa to eat.

Stick with the wings. I want to just preface this by saying that I love this place. There are few places to watch sports that actually have decent service. Plus it doulbles nicely as a bar, as long as you're not after a beer that should be poured from a nitrogen setup. However I just want to say that if you do plan to partake, from a food value standpoint I reccomend you go for boneless wings or a chicken sandwich. Today I had the spicy nacho burger and while it was decently tasty the price for the burger and fries (no drink) came to just under 10 bucks, hardly worth it. Especially since they have Wrap/Wing lunch combos with fries and a drink for 30% less.

Never leave the front counter unattended. I waited patiently for 5 minutes until someone returned to the counter to take my order. After my order, I went next to the Academy. After my return to pick up my order, several workers went directly from me while I patiently waited for someone to help me. Customer service is so important. I had to say something before someone recognized me. Every worker should have welcomed me. Please. Book a table now
My husband and I were there earlier today to get some lunch before our flight back home, the food was pretty good! But when it came to our waitress…I’ve never felt so disrespected or “unimportant” as a customer, she honestly seemed like she just straight up didn’t care about anything. If you have a “I don’t care” attitude to your tables then maybe the service industry just isn’t for you… I believe her name started with a M?
wild unimpressed. service not very good, prices high for the value of food received. While a waitress does not speak to the restaurant, it is still remarkable to know that she was slow and we never got refilled. the boneless wings were dry and the simply bbq sweet sauce was boring. if they like wings, good prices and good service, then I recommend them to skip buffalo wild wings and drive to 81. and sheridan to wing.

The management was friendly, attentive, and composed even during a busy time. They handled my requests to find a spot to charge my phone without needing a table, which I really appreciated! It felt warm and welcoming, even better than home. Book a table now
This is undoubtedly the best location of one of the few franchise restaurants that I genuinely support. The manager is highly knowledgeable, and the staff goes above and beyond...
