One good thing: Our increase in headcount (from 8 12) was accommodated (our reservation was at 7:30pm, we were seated after 9pm). Not so good things: Everything else went bad. Five drinks ordered, 3 came out. Food took forever and came out sporadically. We were charged for an extra beer, which was fixed in the end. Celebration was two fold HS graduation, and grandma's birthday. We asked if the server had a cake slice to provide and they said yes, but we were charged for it, AND they just threw it on the table in front of her and walked away. We were all shocked at that. Lemonade and Strawberry Lemonade was watered down so much that it tasted like flavored water. It was replaced, eventually....
Aweful. We were never seated. Even with a reservation. Unbelievable. Ruined our whole night. They were so packed with walk ins that they had no seats available for the people with reservations. We even waited half an hour to be seated. They had no answer for us.
This place never really disappoints. The staff is always super sweet, the food is usually quite good (minus the occasional not enough sauce), and the last times I left it was not packed at all. I think I could make the boneless Thursdays a weekly thing.
Take to long for the food and waitress never came and check for refill or if we wanted anything else. They charge taxes for each person on my table. Will never come back or recommend.

Best Buffalo Wild Wings I’ve been to, usually it takes me 45 minutes just to get a menu at the Apple Valley location, but Glendale BWW was much faster and much friendlier!
This is by far the best BWW I have been to. Customer Service was perfect! The food came out pretty quick and the food was served great as well
They didn’t acknowledge the reservation til late, and billed for other groups items. Need to work on that.
