I purchased a full meal for the family at McDonald's and waited 30 minutes to receive a six-item order. Unfortunately, when we got home, we discovered that two orders of nuggets were missing from the kids' meals—not just one, but both. While it was our responsibility to double-check, after such a long wait, you would expect the order to be complete. Overall, the McDonald's menu offers variety, but attention to order accuracy is essential.
My wife recommended I try the Big Mac, but it sadly came cold. The lettuce was brown and wilted, the tomatoes were overly ripe, and the fries were stale, cold, and unappealing, with a flavor that hinted the oil might have spoiled. There was also an unpleasant odor. When I brought these concerns to the manager, their reply was, "What do you want?"
Ordered 2 double cheeseburgers, hot n spicy, and a 20 peice. Was only given 11 nuggets in one box. They are about to close and I have to put my kids to bed. Thanks alot mcdonalds. I even heard yall yell over that they needed more nuggets. And still get 11.
I’m confused about the service at this branch. It seems disorganized, and some staff don’t seem to know where to direct customers. They claim they don’t handle online orders, but I have placed one, and it’s frustrating. Not sure what’s going on here. Book a table now
The service here is quite poor, with long wait times, and it seems they prioritize friends over other customers when it comes to orders. The restaurant is often very crowded as well. As for the food, I would rate it 3 out of 5.
The fries were cold as they set in a basket for at least 3 minutes before pouring this in the fry area however the bad felt warm u til I actually put the fry in my mouth dry and saltless.
This is a lovely establishment where you can shop for a variety of food, drinks, and even clothing, all while enjoying a nice meal. It's truly a great spot to do it all!
The only person I truly appreciate and admire at McDonald's is Mayra, the manager. She always ensures the menu is great and the service excellent. Book a table now
There are literally only teenagers working now, the only people who want to work for fast food chains and they deserve respect.
