Really terrible service. Walked in just to grab some Gelato and was left standing at the counter for upwards of 15 minutes completely unacknowledged. Then when one of the employees came out from the back saying he was super busy and apologizing we told him no worries and ordered. 2 small Gelatos, should've been simple. We asked for 1 chocolate chip and 1 chocolate orange. He served the chocolate chip and then reached for the chocolate and I said I'm sorry I asked for the chocolate orange is that it? The guy gave me a dirty look, says yeah, and serves it. We pay, walk out, I taste mine, and sure enough it's chocolate not chocolate orange like I ordered. I don't know what the deal with this pl...

I entered this restaurant with high hopes based on what I'd read and seen, and it certainly lived up to my expectations! A staff member suggested trying the seasonal flavors of lemon and almond, so we also decided to sample the strawberry and coffee offerings. Honestly, the lemon and almond flavors were amazing. They were incredibly refreshing, with no artificial tastes—just a fresh, creamy, subtly sweet lemon combined with roasted almonds. The strawberry and coffee flavors were good as well, but they just couldn't hold a candle to the seasonal ones. It's not every day you find gelato spots that actually make their own gelato, especially using fresh, seasonal ingredients. I think we've stumb...
Our dinner at this restaurant was a wonderful surprise! It felt like a little slice of Italy had magically appeared in an otherwise ordinary strip mall. We were seated outside on a warm summer evening, with heat lamps available when the temperature dropped a bit. We started our meal with some light and crispy focaccia, followed by a delicious ribollita. Next, we enjoyed a selection of pasta dishes, including a delicate duck ragu and a rich carbonara. The pasta was fresh and had a wonderful texture, truly embodying the essence of authentic Italian cuisine. To wrap up our meal, we indulged in a variety of gelato. Despite the limited space, the small and friendly staff managed everything beauti...
I had high hopes for this place from what I read and saw, and I was not disappointed!! The gentleman recommended seasonal flavors — lemon and almond, and we also tried strawberry and coffee. Honestly, lemon and almond were above and beyond what we’ve expected. They were soooo goood!! And they were so good together!!! Super refreshing, no artificial flavors, just tasted like fresh, creamy delicately sweet lemon and freshly roasted almond. Strawberry and coffee were good also, but not as impressive as the seasonal ones. It’s so hard to find gelato places that actually make gelato themselves and especially with fresh, seasonal ingredients. I think we just found one and so excited and glad to ha... Book a table now
Dinner here was an amazing and unexpected discovery! It was as though a restaurant from Italy had dropped into an unassuming strip mall. We were seated outside on a warm summer evening, though heat lamps are available for cooler times. We started with the light, crisp focaccia and a savory ribollita. We then had a variety of pasta dishes, including a light duck ragu and a rich carbonara. The pasta was fresh and had a great texture, again reminiscent of Italy. Finally, we finished with an assortment of gelato. There's a small but friendly staff running the whole operation out of limited space, but the quality was wonderful!
Fantastic gelato and cannolis! This place is a hidden gem and an absolutely superb culinary treat. This was our first time here and we will certainly be back again and again. The fresh peach (seasonal) sorbet was the best I’ve ever tasted and the cannolis were as good as Mike’s or Modern in Boston. If you order a gelato, go for the medium. It is only a slightly higher cost, but you’ll get much more gelato. The prices may seem high, but you get what you pay for and the high quality is worth the cost. Without exaggeration, this was the best gelato I’ve had in California.
This restaurant is truly a little slice of heaven—it brings the essence of Italy right to your doorstep. The food is crafted with love and passion; it's as authentic as it comes—no gimmicks, no fillers, just pure, mouthwatering flavors! And when it comes to dessert, you absolutely must try the incredible gelato; I guarantee you’ve never had anything like it. Leo is such a wonderful host, treating everyone like family. It’s the best experience you could wish for! Long live Bulgarini—especially when you indulge in two Bulgarinis!
The gelato at this restaurant is truly fantastic! I had a delightful experience dining here. The prices are quite reasonable, averaging about $10 to $20 per person. The food was exceptional, earning a perfect score of 5 out of 5. However, the service was just average, so I would give it a rating of 3. The atmosphere also rated a 3 for me. If you decide to stop by, I highly recommend trying the Sicilian Pistachio Gelato! Book a table now
Wow wow wow.... The food is soooo amazing. I brought a party of 13 and the whole food was Top Notch. Authentic Italian cuisine compared to other restaurants. Everything's done in the house. Great choice of meals, good portions, beautiful ambience. The wine was divine. I had 3 types of Gelato. My guest was so impressed by the food and the owner. I'm back here for Date Night and Girls Night.
