My partner and I tried this place out for the first time. We ordered 2 chicken shawarma bowls, garlic fries a side of hummus to share. The service was excellent , fast hospitable. We were given bottles of water ,while we waited for our order. Must say, the food itself was DELICIOUS it was better than Zankou near by, honestly. The chicken is much juicier and not overpowered by the seasoning. You definitely have options to choose from. The bowls are large enough to fill you up and can be saved for later if you happened to have any left over. Couldn't take a photo since it was that good. We will be coming back again. Not only the food is so delicious, but the level of care, the standard for quality and the kindness of the owner, Ed, are simply unmatched. We catered from M Grill for our event and the food accommodated our meat-lovers, vegan and gluten free diet. The food arrived on-time, piping hot, so well prepared to wow the guests with beautiful presentation. People loved the food and everyone was impressed! Ed was so easy to work with, kind, generous, and his true love, passion and dedication really shined through every step of the way. Strongly recommend M Grill for any event to please and wow a crowd. We look forward to catering from them again.
Will be honest, I've never actually visited the place. Spoiler alert : the following review is solely based on my take out (UberEats experience. I've ordered here for about five times, and every single time you receive an amazing deal, both quality and quantity wise! MG really knows its way to truly capture the essence of mediterranean cuisine. Everything is made with fresh, high quality ingredients and cooked to perfection. My personal favorites include hummus, falafel, and shawarma, as well as the boneless rainbow trout which is an absolute masterpiece. Highly recommend.
The other night, my neighbor brought me food from M Grill, and I loved it so much that I decided to visit and place an order myself. I went for the chicken Greek salad, which was fresh and the chicken was cooked to perfection! I also tried a container of baba ganoush. When I asked for a sample, the owner was more than happy to let me try it—it had a delightful, subtle smoky flavor. While I waited, he offered me a glass of water and presented me with a plate of delicious tabbouleh. I've found a new spot with top-notch food and outstanding service! I will definitely return!

I’ve had the best Mediterranean food here! After sampling many restaurants throughout the city, I truly value the quality of the ingredients and the chefs' expertise in preparing the meats. The seasoning on the chicken, beef, and lamb is exceptional! This place is a real treasure in Pasadena.
