I was not impressed with the service I received at a Burger King in Tampa. The drive-through was slow, with only one car in front of me, but by the time I reached the window there were four cars behind me. This happened at the end of breakfast service. I had to inquire about the delay and was told that the previous order was incorrect, causing the staff to redo the entire order. I found this situation confusing, as there are screens at all stations that should prevent such errors.
Been to this Burger King quite often; however, the last visit we were so disappointed that we will NEVER order or eat there again. My son I went in on Sunday a young black girl looked at us when we walked in. She was eating FF went over to talk to the cooks. We waited there for more than 5 minutes, but she just ignored us. After that we walked out decided to eat somewhere else. VERY unprofessional RUDE. Would give 0 star if it were available
I was just through the Drive-Thru. My reception says Ashley was my host. I hope that information is correct because it was absolutely fantastic! She was so nice and friendly and personal. Service was fast, food was hot, and everyone was really friendly! That was all fantastic in general, but above all, to this type of service today in a fast food restaurant definitely exceeded my expectations!
New mgr/supervisor guy that was working on Sunday 6pm 4/16..... give that guy a raise! He was running back and forth, getting everything done, being very nice and even funny with the customers. Guy seemed to be doing the job of 5. Much better experience than the last time we were here several months ago. Book a table now
I don't know if the girl was deaf to some degree (hope not) or if she really couldn't hear me, but I had to repeat almost everything I asked. Not a great service attitude.Food was good as usual.The restroom was unusable, I had to use the urinary quickly because the private was just awful.
The restaurant was busy, but acceptable. It was fairly clean and the service was quick. I decided to try the new chicken breast sandwich, but I was extremely disappointed. For the price, I could have bought a whole chicken somewhere else. Overall, I would rate the food a 2 out of 5.
The people are so nice they always tell me I always order cheeseburgers for my dog and a naked exactly like my dog likes it so that's all that matters and the staff there is very friendly and very nice people .Food: 5/5
The food was good, the restaurant was clean. The restroom was clean. The floor by the drink machine was not sticky. That in itself was noteworthy.Food: 5/5 Book a table now

"We were very disappointed in the vegetable pizza that we ordered, it wasn't made correctly, it appeared to be undercooked and was nasty even after reheating. Wasn't worth the money we paid for it. The baked ziti and garlic knots were ok."
