This was the first time I've gone to this Papa Johns in a while because of previous issues I had but I was intrigued by the new Shaq-a-roni, I mean who doesn't love pepperoni and charity? Well let's cut to the chase. I went in, paid cash for my pizza with a tip. Told it would be 8 minutes. Showed them where I was (right in front of door) sat in truck waiting and had to go back inside and get my own pizza. That being said, got home less than 10 minutes away and there was mushrooms on my ultimate pepperoni ....oh well, try to eat it only to realize it was Patty's pizza , not mine, cold- no pizza sauce and very little pepperoni. I ordered the new Shaq-a-Roni for the family and mind you I?ve had some issues with this store previously. Order arrives it?s door dash delivering so I?m like ok whatever, then I get the pizza and cheese sticks inside and my order is completely cold the pizza looks like an extreme grease pit. I call the store to talk to the manager ?Mindy? and she has no customer service skills at all, I Start to explain the situation and she instantly before I can get a full sentence out says ok we need the old cold pizza and we will prepare you a new one and it?ll be another 45 minutes or more. Also, she says oh we will give you a credit on your next order I then tell her I have a credit from the last scre...
At this Papa John's location, it appears to be not only acceptable but even encouraged by the manager, Summer. She reportedly told a caller, who was a delivery driver from another pizza place, that if she had been hit by one of her employees, it was likely deserved, suggesting that attacking others in the streets is acceptable behavior. This is incredibly unprofessional and genuinely concerning. I hope that driver is okay and unharmed; I can only imagine the distress she must feel knowing she could be attacked by anyone without any consequences. I would expect Papa John's to provide better protection for their employees and customers.
I've been a loyal customer of Papa John's for years, but recently this location has really disappointed me. If there's one thing that could make me stop eating pizza, it's this place. I ordered my pizza well done, but as soon as my family and I picked up a slice, everything just slid right off. The cheese in the crust barely tasted baked. The garlic knots were overly doughy to the point where we had to spit them out. I suppose this is a sign for me to start eating healthier now.

We have been getting Papa John?s for years. And I would say that this place does not disappoint! The decor and service are fantastic as this location. We decided to get the stuffed crust pizza. The pizza has sauce revealed near the crust and itlooked kinda disgusting. Otherwise, the pizza and the cheese sticks were all good. Typical for a Papa Johns.
Ordered pepperoni stuffed crust with extra cheese. (Which it didn't have)Crust tasted old and burnt...marinara had a funky taste...worst pizza I've ever had. Couldn't eat it after three bites. Gave one star for the kindness of the delivery driver. I'mnot sure what's happened, their pizza used to be good. Waste of $25...yuck.
The shorter blonde girl at the restaurant was incredibly nice. I made a mistake with my order, but she quickly sorted it out and even offered me something to make up for the confusion. I will definitely be returning soon! By the way, the pepperoni stuffed pizza is amazing!
I had a fantastic experience! Kylie delivered our pizza promptly, and she was both incredibly professional and stunningly beautiful. The pizza was exactly as we ordered—perfect!
