I was also pleased to find that they included straws, napkins, and even asked if I wanted sauce, which is a rarity at many restaurants. I would highly recommend this location for a take-out lunch. The price range per person is between $20-30, and I would rate both the food and service a perfect 5 out of 5.
This place does not stand behind the brand burgers. The only concern for the general manager is the speed of service and profit. No attention to the food and customer satisfaction. My food always lack of something like taste, condiments portion, freshness(meat). I can surpass the friendliness if my food is worth it. I am wondering if the manager eats any item of that requires preparation to see what it going out of the window. Food: 3
Disgrace, i asked for spicy crispy chicken with no tomatoes and with bacon and they added tomatoes and NO bacon so i even payed extra for NOTHING !! I told them no ice in my drink and they added so much ! They didn't listen or care they were unbothered i am so upset. I told them multiple times no tomatoes, add bacon, no ice but they didnt care or listen. I am very upset with this order.
