This is a franchise Burger King, and it's well-managed and consistently busy. They always get my order right and serve fresh food every time. Plus, it's located right in the heart of Cape Town, which is a rare find! Sometimes, franchises can outperform corporate locations.
Took me 25 mins to to go through the drive thru. It seemed like they were under staffed for that time. Service time could definitely be better and increase in manpower for busy hours might help with that. Hopefully this was a one-time thing.

This is a franchise BK. Well managed and well staffed. They get my order right and fresh all the time... in the heart of Cpt too.. that's rare! Maybe sometimes franchise is better than Corp owned.
