This Burger King has been completely renovated, and it really shows. The interior is much more beautiful now, and I appreciate the new layout. All of the employees were very friendly and patient, especially when my toddler, who isn't used to eating out due to the pandemic, had a bit of a meltdown at the end of our visit. When we got into the car, the man who took our order took a moment to open the window and thank us for coming, wishing us a nice day. I thought that was really thoughtful, especially since my toddler was upset about leaving and probably wouldn’t have said anything.
I haven't had the best experiences at some Burger Kings, but this one stood out. It's very clean, offers excellent customer service, and the food was the freshest I've ever had at a Burger King. The manager on duty on March 3rd at midnight was someone Burger King should be proud of. I didn't catch his name, but he was incredibly professional and worked really hard.
This is my second time ordering from this location in Beltsville, and once again, something is missing from my order. They really need to take their time and review the orders carefully to ensure our satisfaction, even when using DoorDash.
The fish sandwich was disappointing. I tried taking out the lettuce and pickles, but it still didn't taste good, and I couldn't finish it. I think the fish might have been off. The onion rings were cold, but I managed to eat them.

I didn't have many options, as I'm loyal to McDonald's fries—nothing else compares. The service was alright, but the atmosphere felt cold and business-like, like they were just eager to take my money and rush me out.
The Honey Mustard BK Royal Crispy Chicken was delicious, but I order a 8 Pc. Ghost Pepper Chicken Fries and they send me a regular chicken fries, my was disappointed.!
The food was fresh and well tasted. Place was not crowded and staff quickly took order. I took a star because I waited long on the window to pay and receive the food.
The tater tots didn't meet my expectations. I really wish they would bring back the jalapeño poppers. The Classic Melt was a bit too salty for my taste.

This newly remodeled Burger King had me waiting to get no salt fries almost 10 minutes. Staff members are pleasant.
