The execution of their business model leaves much to be desired. They advertise dining starting at 6:00 AM, but when we arrived at 7:15, the doors were locked. The staff were frantically gesturing for customers to use the drive-thru instead. When we pointed out the posted dining room hours, the staff became quite animated, shouting something we couldn't hear and waving her arms in frustration. We decided to leave and were fortunate to find other dining options nearby, as we didn’t want to eat in our car.
The food was definitely as good as I remembered. Unfortunately, the same can't be said for the staff. They appeared unmotivated and had a lackluster attitude. I even saw a cashier respond rudely to another customer. Overall, there seemed to be a general lack of enthusiasm among the crew. Additionally, I hope the staff would make it a point to wash their hands more thoroughly and frequently.
Ordered food and did not get part of the order. Have called the store several times but phone only rings. There is no way to leave a message as it sounds like a fax machine. A waste of money ?
