Forgot to ask the lady’s name. Whoever was handling drive through at 6:10AM on 12/18/2023 deserves to be recognized. I requested extra crispy hashbrowns along with my order she was very sweet and accommodating and my hashbrowns tasted great! Just wanted to show my love and appreciation because as the next generation continues to join the work force you never know if you’re going to get a ray of sunshine or whatever the opposite of that is. Thanks for being awesome while sleepy customers who just got out of bed go get something to eat.
I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The drive-thru took an exceptionally long time, and they forgot part of our order, which meant I had to go back to get it. When I entered to retrieve our missing food, the staff all seemed quite unfocused. It appeared that some area managers were having a meeting in the dining room, so I expected the employees might put in a bit more effort. The food quality was disappointing, but I suppose that’s become the norm for Burger King lately. We won't be coming back.
I hadn't visited this location in a few years, but since it was nearby, I decided to place an order. Unfortunately, my fries were cold, lacked salt, and tasted stale; I ended up tossing them out. The regular cheeseburger was okay, but it felt like it had been reheated. Perhaps it was just an off night?
Very terrible service.. very unclean.. went here after church, cause it was close by.. will probably never go again.. bathroom was so unclean, didn't want to even use it, drink area was unclean..tables and chairs was unclean.. just a terrible experience there....

Had a whopper that was Very good. The fries went to waist. They were cold. Drive thru employee wasn't very attentive. Also up sized the order without asking.Forgot how busy that area is.(St. Charles Rock Rd)
The staff was not very friendly; they repeatedly asked me, "Is that all?" after each item I ordered, which made me feel like I was a burden to them.
