I visited this location today in drive through..rushing to grab a small order before going back to work. The young lady at drive through...she is awesome..I don't remember her name. Very nice. It was taking too long..so I pulled over and went inside. Once inside...the other workers making the food..the service was long and slow. No urgency...no immediate option to get me my food. Then 3 folks came from the back..they all look like Managers...apparently some machines had issues..so there was a guy that showed up to fix it. The food was good but took 25 minutes to prepare. It wasn't busy so I don't understand what took so long. I ended up going inside to get my food and found only very young people running the store. Ownership is to blame for my experience. There was no leadership. Wish I can give no stars. Order is always wrong, employees always have a attitude, they are to lazy to give a few extra condiments, the inside is filthy, the drive thru is filthy, was literally the only car in drive thru and waited 30 minutes for 6 tacos, they never answer the phone, this location is ghetto and NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN.
