I visited this restaurant for the first time hoping to enjoy some delicious Turkish cuisine. However, when our food arrived, I tasted the rice and was at a loss for words—I just can't describe how off it tasted. There was something definitely wrong with it. I also noticed that there weren't any Turkish staff in the restaurant. The overall cleanliness of the place was quite lacking. We ordered three different dishes, and unfortunately, all of them were disappointing and unappetizing. I cannot recommend this restaurant at all; I’d suggest heading to the McDonald's next door instead.
I’m not very familiar with Turkish cuisine, but my experience at this restaurant was delightful. I ordered the Mediterranean platter, which was reasonably priced and offered a generous portion. The meal felt fresh and light, not too heavy at all. Although it wasn't busy when we visited, I still had a great experience. Vegetarian options were also excellent!
We recently moved to Berkeley from Turkey and had our first experience at a Turkish restaurant at Turkish Kitchen. The owners are incredibly kind and welcoming. The food was delicious and truly made us feel at home. Even our picky daughter enjoyed the Mantı. We plan to become regulars at Turkish Kitchen. Food: 5/5
I arrived just before closing (whoops), but the service was quick, friendly, and the food was fantastic. This was my first experience with Turkish cuisine, so I don't have much to compare it to, but I would definitely recommend it to anyone trying it for the first time.

I spent an hour looking through DoorDash and wasn't in the mood to eat. One day, I finally decided to order food, and I felt it was a fantastic choice. Everything was incredibly fresh and delicious. Highly recommend it!
I have ordered takeout from this restaurant numerous times, and it has always been fresh and delicious. My favorites include the chicken doner (both the plate and the wrap are excellent) and the lamb kebabs.
I didn't have high expectations when I visited, but everything I tried was simply delicious. As a Turkish person, I immediately bookmarked this place. The prices are also very reasonable for the Bay Area.
The moussaka was an excellent dish. It was presented in generous portions and made with great care and attention to detail.
