The new owner here is very demeaning. Theirsystem cannot take codes for the BK app. Theywanted to process the one item separately (theiridea) but it would not work. He accused me ofwasting his time and said he would not cancel the order with the app code to ring my order without the app item. Instead he accused me of not being able to pay for my food. Make no mistake, I have plenty of money and multiple ways to pay. No one should be treated in such a way when patronizing a business. If you do go here, just be ready to deal with this guy. Yea you don’t even deserve 1 Star ? let’s just talk about latest experience besides the Ghetto Behavior and smoking inside yea let’s talk about recent activities from this lovely Burger King before it’s temp close… Went though the Drive Thru early morning and forgot to say I wanted a Milkshake right, this dude closes the window and starts throwing cups and hitting his computer then I get my Milkshake… it’s not even full ? yea where not coming back, this Burger King was meant to be located in Detroit I think
Very rude in drive thru ...ordered the 2 for $5 whoppers was told it's not part of the deal we relyed ok we want 2 Whopper n 2 big king n 4 orders of fried ...never got the whoppers ...lady was very rude with her replys did not listen to our order at all had to go to McDonald's to feed my family who listened to my order gave no rude comments n we received our food hot n with a smile. Never again will I go here ..
on the one hand, they should not have a double passage without telling who the next is, as they suspect, that I had to wait because they waited for someone when it was my turn. I ordered two whoppers minus wobble and salat and they gave me salat I will never go back to burger king as long as I live, they get minus stars for me. they let me give him at least one star, so that I post it, so don't pay attention.

The food here was awful. My burgers were cold in the center. The cheese was ice cold as well. The mozzarella sticks were hard as a rock. There is also a manager here claiming to be the owner and treating customers like garbage. The only positive about this place was the regular employees. They were kind and you could tell that the manager treats them worse than the customers.
They got the order wrong and got combative with me. It took 4 or 5 employees to realize they didn't know what they were featuring on the sign, and that it wasn't programmed in the system right either. What's the point of having celebrity meal's and not having any knowledge that you offer them?
Service is hit or miss here, you either get the best employee or the rudest. I'm always rushed when I am ordering, and usually items is missing from my order. Not the best place, but its not the worst I've been to.

the journey was friendly, cheerful, fast and eating was good. I love the little cliché chicken sandwich.
