I have gone to this restaurant twice and both times my food was served cold. Today, I placed an online order before 10:30 am for breakfast, but when I arrived to pick up my food, I was informed they were only serving lunch. Despite their breakfast menus still being displayed, the staff told me to request a refund. It will take 5-10 business days to get my money back. If they were only serving lunch during breakfast hours, they should have updated their menus and cancelled my order instead of accepting it. This is unacceptable and their customer service is poor.
I go to this BK location frequently for breakfast. I order the same thing most times. Double Croissan'wich with Bacon and Sausage. 9/10 times it gets entered wrong and I have to correct them. Also probably half of the time, the food is wrong anyway (either double bacon, double sausage or not even double anything). I've tried giving my order different ways, even reading the menu exactly like it is listed and somehow they always enter it incorrectly. Morning wait times are all over the place. Some mornings it's very fast, others it's extremely slow.
on the one hand, they should not have a double passage without telling who the next is, as they suspect, that I had to wait because they waited for someone when it was my turn. I ordered two whoppers minus wobble and salat and they gave me salat I will never go back to burger king as long as I live, they get minus stars for me. they let me give him at least one star, so that I post it, so don't pay attention.
The new grill which 2 for 5 breakfast sandwiches at this restaurant do not compare to the original croissant sandwiches. I will not be buying breakfast from Burger King until they bring back the croissant sandwiches deal. It's a disappointment.
