This Burger King experience was very disappointing. After dropping my mom off at the VA department, I decided to use my rewards points to get a Bacon King. I found out the lobby was closed, so the only option was the drive-through. The line was extremely long and moved very slowly, as they were taking orders one by one with a slow pace. I finally placed my order and used 1,400 points for the Bacon King. When I got my burger and took a few bites, I realized it was very undercooked. By then, I was already on the freeway with two strips of bacon in hand. I tried calling their business phone three times, but I was already in Vallejo by that point.
I ordered the mushroom Swiss melt . It was COLD. The cheese would not melt the mushrooms came out of the fridge without being warmed .You could tell because it was colder than the room temperature rest of the burger. Not even the bread was toasted . I couldn't belive it .they served it un toasted.i have a feeling the owners don't know to much about how to cook American food . They are trying to run this fast food joint they bought and have no ideal on how to serve the food on the menu. Take a class . Your food isn't prepared correctly. Hot food is a major deal breaker. In this country we don't eat cold burgers.
They don't provide trays anymore even when you dine in you'll get your food in take out bags, soda machine is out of service every day I went there and it has been like that for weeks, today I ordered the classic crispy chicken sandwich and no tomatoes when I asked they said they ran out and no refund possible. I understand cutting costs but not to a level to wipe out the minimum standard of the burger king brand.
I was served a Whopper junior at the drive-thru when I opened it it had a cracked in half cold bun with brown welted lettuce, I drove back through and was told that's how they were taught to make them really. They taught you to give me an old cold cracked in half bun with wilted. Brown lettuce? Refused a refund. The place is a dump outside. Will not be bothering to come here again

If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. The service was TERRIBLE— it took over 10 minutes just to place our order, and we waited more than 30 minutes to receive our food. There were significant communication issues, and we ended up with the wrong items. This was nothing short of a complete disaster.
Very bad service at the drive thruI ask for ketchup and the guy gave me the eye! plus I was paying with apple pay and I have to handle my cellphone the guy was to slow and ask for my password ! That’s just not right, right !
Do not go here there is nothing good about it and it does not taste like Burger King at all and the owners are awful went there many times just because it was the only place to just get something to eat I regret it every
really bad BK. quality is just awful, very slow service even when no one is there and half the times they miss something in my order, possibly a language barrier with the Indian workers.
