It saddens me to leave a review with so few stars. HISTORY I have eaten at all the TROY GREEK locations simply because of the quality, value and service. ALAMEDA was my 1st favorite hands down. No frills, efficient, simple, great quality food prepared by super efficient friendly people. MARTINEZ LOCATION I love the idea of a legit restaurant for TROY but this location needs help. FOOD 2 Troy salads, 1 with chicken, 1 with beef and their drink special Negroni. Salad arrived DRENCHED in dressing covered in a large amount of nicely cook but OVERLY SALTED CHICKEN, beef was perfect. After 2 bites of chicken, I moved all of it to one side and ate the salad. I didn 't send it back cuz I was hungry....

Very hesitant in between three and four . Nice service and delicious food, however, please need to have some tuneup done to it. It calls for renovation, especially the bar counter.Place gets really busy during the lunch hour with no table availability on the regular working day. Got noticed by the host and was seated by the kitchen bar facing the blending machine. The counter was beat from the side and didn't have a pleasant look.Service was very pleasant and curious as to constantly asking if I need anything. Our dining experience was somewhat unpleasant. We waited 40 minutes to get our appetizer, calamari, and I think it was sitting for a bit cause it wasn?t hot. Then we got our entrees about 5 minutes later and our waitress completely forgot 1 of them andhad to put the order in late. It was only 3 of us at the table?.while we were eating and waiting for the 3rd entree about 15minutes or so, we told them to cancel the 3rd entree and we asked for the check. The waitress also never refilled our water.Although, the food was delicious and the waitress removed the calamari from our check, but the poor service kinda ruined it.

Then we got our Entrees approx. 5 minutes later and our waitress has completely forgotten 1 of them and had to put the order too late. There were only 3 of us at the table?. While we waited for the 3rd duck for about 15 minutes, we told them they cancel the 3rd duck and we asked for the check. The waitress never refilled our water. Although, the food was delicious and the waitress removed the Calamari from our check, but the bad service somehow ruined it.
Our server was fantastic.. I forget her name, but she had many beautiful tattoos. I'd hire them in a hot minute for their customer service. The fucking Marys are AMAZING. We order the appetizer sampler the Lamb kamabur and the Kefta shishkabob. All the food was fabulous, I would give this a 5 star, but there was a odour on the right side of the terrace... otherwise the lunch experience was perfect today.
Popped in for lunch. Everything we ordered was delicious. Calamari could’ve been a bit more crispy. The lamb and beef were very juicy and tender. The chicken wrap was super good per usual. Greek fries were also ordered and were hot and crispy, great job! The sauces they provided were a tasty touch to the food. I recommend ordering a pitcher of water for the table.
Another day of jury duty, another chance to explore a new place for lunch. We ate inside, and the waitress was very understanding about our 2-hour plan for lunch. Food arrived quickly and was tasty. I especially loved the Greek fries. They were amazing. My falafel wrap had not too much flavor but I added one of the sauces at the table and it was fine.

It was there a few times, mostly for getting out. It seems there are no air conditioning or owner costs. Foods are good for price if not a value, not knowing about authentic Mediterranean. Servers are friendly and helpful.
