I thought that managers were supposed to solve problems, make things right, and accept online coupons. It’s concerning to see that so many Burger Kings are closing down; if management isn’t properly trained, it’s likely the staff isn’t either. Unfortunately, I won't be returning to Burger King anytime soon. The location near me in GO Mart is simply not worth it, especially with a manager who refused to accept a corporate offer—a simple online coupon meant for regular customers.
As a result, I took my business to Wendy's today, which understands how to handle online promotions. Perhaps Burger King should consider having Wendy's train their management. Just a thought.
I waited 20 minutes for the server to take our order. When she finally approached the register, she didn’t even greet us. We placed our order and then had to stand around waiting while they prepared it. I overheard two employees discussing closing in 30 minutes and mentioning that once they ran out of meat, they weren’t going to cook any more. Once we got home, which was less than 5 minutes later, the fries and onion rings were cold, and the fish sandwich was undercooked in the middle. I will never return to this location, and I will make sure to inform others about the rude service and poor quality of food.
I've been here plenty of times and it's okay if you find them open.Food is burger king food. It's good to check what they hand you because they sometimes forget items.The biggest problem is the restaurant is often randomly closed for the day. I noticed this happen about 3-6 times over the last few months.Today I went in at 6:38 PM to find a sign saying they'd be closing at 7 PM that night. The staff behind the counter proceeded to tell me they were already closed and turned me away.TLDR: Call ahead because they're often randomly closed. Check your order after they hand it to you.
If you're looking for a place that serves food correctly, you might want to consider going elsewhere. I ordered a burger here and received a completely different one. When I called the restaurant to address the issue, the person who answered was extremely rude and told me not to call back. As a result, my order was never corrected. I would recommend going to Taco Bell instead; they consistently ensure your food is made correctly, and if there's a mistake the first time, they make it right on the second try without fail.

I have stopped here to grab something for dinner a few times, wanting to avoid cooking. The staff is friendly enough; sometimes, they get overwhelmed with orders and are slow, but not so. As a few others have said, double-check your order. I had an item missing, and it was made right, with no fussing and an apology which goes a long with more and for them!
