I had a terrible experience with customer service, particularly from someone named Nehemiah. I waited inside for 15 minutes as the first person in line while he focused on preparing food for the drive-thru, sweeping the floor, and then informed us that we could order at the kiosk. When I mentioned that I couldn’t use the kiosk because I had a coupon, I continued to wait. Eventually, I approached him to ask if I could place my order, and he snapped, "Can you wait?" When I explained that I had been waiting for a long time, he replied, "So has everyone else." I asked for his name, and he just told me to do what I had to do. I will NEVER return to that location, and if I could rate it with zero...
I tried the Impossible Burger expecting it to be just okay. If I wanted a full vegan experience, I’d ask to hold the mayo since it doesn’t come with cheese, similar to the regular Whopper. However, this burger was very much like the classic Whopper, with almost the same taste, texture, and charbroiled flavor as a beef patty. The patty is as thin as the regular Whopper and doesn’t have the bleeding center you’d find in higher-end places using this plant-based meat. I’m giving it 4 stars because I’ll definitely buy it again—it’s healthier for me and didn’t taste artificial. I’m looking forward to seeing it offered as a smaller, more affordable option.
While waiting, I noticed cars that ordered after me receiving their food and driving off. The first time, I thought it was just a slow day or a mistake. However, during my second visit, I was on a tight schedule. After waiting about 20-25 minutes without my order, I had to leave for an appointment and called the manager. She was fantastic—taking full responsibility and offering me a refund or to come back for my order. She was very understanding when I explained my previous experience.
In summary, if you have some extra time, the food here is good, but be prepared for possible long wait times, sometimes over half an hour, even when it’s not busy.
The wait in the drive-thru was quite frustrating. I’m not sure what the previous customers ordered, but they were parked at the window for at least 10 minutes. Now, onto my order: at least it was correct, so I’ll give them credit for that! The Hepper and cheeseburgers were very good. However, as usual, the fries were not fresh. It seemed like the staff spent more time on their phones than preparing fresh fries. It feels like young people today lack work ethic.

PLEASE READ. I typically avoid leaving negative reviews, as I have experience in the industry and recognize how tough it can be. However, I was really disappointed with this place. I ordered a chicken sandwich for nearly $6 and waited 16 minutes, only to have it carelessly thrown through my open car window. Upon taking a bite, I found it inedible. This was, hands down, the worst experience I've ever had at a fast food restaurant.
The food at this Burger King is of very low quality. The French fries taste stale, likely because they are cooked in old oil that clearly needs to be replaced more often. After eating here with a friend, we both decided we won’t be coming back. I strongly recommend avoiding this place!
I waited about 20 minutes in the drive-thru to receive my order. It could have been quicker, but it’s still an improvement over some other locations we've visited. Interestingly, there was only one person preparing the food while four employees were on duty at that time.
I can't believe this is happening. I'm currently working on a house nearby, and I've been giving this restaurant multiple chances. Unfortunately, my order has never been correct.
