I can't order online or pay online, and I can't use any offers that are available elsewhere. I also don’t like having to order at one register and pay at another. The burgers were just okay, but the fries were hot—nothing too complicated there. The lack of a drive-thru isn’t a huge issue for me, but it’s a game-changer that I can’t order, pay, and use offers online. I probably won’t come back until they improve that, if they ever do. Additionally, I didn’t receive any Burger King reward points with my purchase. When I tried to redeem my points using the receipt in the app, it said it wasn't a valid receipt.
Burger King has certainly given up! The food is barely edible now and doesn't resemble the food they once served. Onion rings are 1/4 the size they used to be. Whopper looks nothing like their ad with minimal toppings and a dried out burger patty. Chicken sandwich tastes like a chemical bomb. Never again! Stay away!!!!
I ordered a vegetarian burger, but they sent me a Whopper instead. The burger came on soggy bread without any lettuce or mayo, and the fries were hard. I won’t be returning, and DoorDash isn't offering any compensation. I'm finished with both of them!
I placed my order seven times, even in Spanish, and they still got it wrong. At this location, Bolla Maket is managing the register for Burger King, but their electronic kiosk for processing card payments is almost always out of order. Book a table now
I won't be ordering from here again. They have consistently gotten my order wrong over several months. I tried to give them multiple chances, but this is the final straw. I'm done.
This was my first time visiting since the location transitioned to a Burger King. The food was hot and seemed fresh, and the staff greeted me when I arrived at the counter.
The food that was served was outstanding, but they did forget the Double Cheeseburger. However, I can't recommend the wraps highly enough; they are absolutely delicious!
