"My organization teamed up with Chef Frank for our 200-person fundraiser in May at our venue. The food and service were exceptional, receiving many compliments from our guests. The appetizer table showcased a variety of delights, from cheeses to his signature mini empanadas and crab cakes—all delicious. The dinner buffet featured paella rice, pernil, roasted vegetables, yuca, strawberry salmon, and sweet plantains.
