I used to really think Wendy's was a cut above the other fast burger brands. I had 10 min for lunch, was starving, and this Franchisee's location was enroute. Well it goes down hill from there. The fryer for the French fries had not been changed recently.. yes the fries were crispy but you could taste 2 day old grease. The tea was not fresh brewed but made from concentrate. Tge hamburger was OK but certainly not on par with previous Wendy's burgers. My total expense was 10 dollars and I feel I grossly overpaid given substandard quality of the meal. I do not eat fast food very often but can safely say I will not eat at Wendy's again.

I ordered the Big Bacon Classic but received the Big Speck Cheddar Chicken Sandwich instead. I did not mention "chicken" or "cheddar" at all, so this mix-up shouldn’t have occurred. The fries were decent—neither great nor terrible—but I was surprised that they didn’t offer me any ketchup packets. The restaurant wasn't busy at the time; it was just me and one other customer, which makes the mistake even more perplexing. I waited about five minutes for my meal after ordering, which is reasonable, though not particularly fast. Additionally, I noticed ants crawling around and even into one of the trash cans.
the service was terrible, pommes were old, burger cold and dry. a person was helpful a young man with a manager shirt. but I went to Frostys before we left. the young man went away and the other manager saw how I was going. she was turned back for a moment and went away. no cash in register, so I had to wait on the manager. She never looked up or said something. I've changed my mind. When someone was behind me, he left. bathroom had no more locks and were dirty. the other lady who got our frosty wore her gloves, but instead of changing them, she put hands antary on them.

this wendy’s is really hilling down that they are not clean. I have waited 10 minutes, while 8 employees focus on the journey by not even saying that I'm sorry for the waiting time when they get into the cash. they do not repeat the command back, will ask that everything is nothing. they also do not respect older people when they see you go, they will cut you off. no nice day they see again thanks for coming. they really need to close and train and get rid of the drive youth.
I ordered from the Biggie Deals section and received the Crispy Chicken Sandwich and the Crispy Chicken BLT. It was a bit disappointing that we didn't get the nuggets with the two Biggie bags, but the Chili Cheese Baked Potato was a nice addition and made up for it.
The experience was quite unpleasant. The cleanliness of the place left much to be desired, with overflowing trash bins and a dirty dining area. Additionally, the appearance of the staff and management was not up to standard. I wouldn't recommend it.
The Bourbon Bacon Single is my favorite dish at this restaurant; it's an excellent sandwich. Their lemonades are also quite good—I usually opt for the strawberry or the all-natural variety.

Burger King has closed down, so now I treat myself to breakfast at Wendy's. I really enjoy the potato wedges from their breakfast menu.
Asked for no ice on my drink and half the drink was filled with ice.They also poured 5 pounds of salt in my fries.
