Based on the reviews, I was a bit hesitant and not to mention, I have not ate BWW in years. But, from the reviews, it seemed like customer service was a common denominator- though, the reviews were not really recent. My homie and I went around 5:30 and our server by the name of Jessica was quite attentive and made sure we were taken care of. Considering it was not crowded, we got our food quick. Very fresh and I was a happy camper. I definitely cannot take reviews as gold because there are probably other variables that contributed to the users experiences. Thankfully, my experience was favorable.
Such a bad experience at this location. We went on a Saturday night and it was not even that busy but the service and wait was horrendous.Our waiter got our order wrong multiple times and never apologized. It looks 45 mins for us to get a glass of water.While walking to our table we passed 4 empty tables and they placed us near the door so there was a cold draft coming in the entire time.We wanted to order more food and drinks because we were hungry but didn't feel it was worth it to stay. Please please save your time and money and go to a different location.Parking: Plenty of parking.
I ordered online and my card was charged. I was given a pickup time, but when I arrived, the store manager informed me that they were closed and that I would receive a refund in 7-10 business days. It's ridiculous that they charged me while being closed. Their Google profile stated they close at midnight, and I placed my order at 11:50 PM. I even received a pickup confirmation for 12:20 AM. This experience is extremely unprofessional, and I will not be returning. Now I have to contact my bank to dispute the charge.
I had a wonderful experience at Buffalo Wild Wings! As someone who's older, I was initially worried when the waitress mentioned that the menu was available via a QR code; fortunately, hard copies were also available for me! I ordered 15 bone-in wings with the Original Buffalo sauce, and they were absolutely delicious—perfectly spicy with fantastic flavor. The service was excellent as well! I highly recommend this place!

The buffalo wings here are the best I've ever had! The service is outstanding, and the staff is incredibly friendly. With excellent service, delicious food, and a wonderful atmosphere, it's an all-around fantastic place to dine.
This awaits you with a sporty environment. really enjoyed; Staff and bar delicate are really looking for you. It's loud, but it's because of sports or encounters that people have, which is really good.
