I have visited establishments in the Burger King chain in the UK and found the experience acceptable. Whilst the food on offer in this recently opened outlet in Carcassonne is basically the same, I found the service; the presentation and general atmosphere poor and I will not be making a second visit.

Frites molle et sans goût, pas de gaufrettes, pas de churros seulement en heure creuse, n'importe quoi). Commande erronée pour les boissons : nous voulions 1 coca et 3 ice tea, Resultat nous avons eu l'inverse. A fuir
