I decided to visit this Burger King because it was nearby, but I won't be returning. The service was quite rude. The manager was unfriendly, and the cashier hurried me to complete my order. Another customer mentioned that this behavior is common here, and even an employee admitted that it's difficult to work in that environment. I actually felt unsafe while I was there. Dining should be a pleasant experience, and this was not it. I strongly advise you to avoid this location. If you're craving Burger King, it’s better to drive to the west side.
I was very impressed with the staff. They were busy, yet managed to handle a few difficult customers with grace. It's true that some people can be challenging to deal with. Despite this, the staff continued to smile, apologize, and do everything they could to keep everyone happy. Honestly, they should have told those rude customers to take a hike because they were acting so entitled. Great job, everyone! I can't thank you enough for the fantastic service I received.
I had an amazing experience at this restaurant on East Washington Avenue near Milwaukee Street. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the food was tasty and served promptly. They were happy to answer all my questions about using coupons from the Burger King app and ensured I received exactly what I wanted. The dining area is open until 10 PM, which was really convenient. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I will definitely come back in the future.
The mozzarella sticks were terrible tonight. They tasted incredibly stale, and the cheese didn’t even resemble real cheese. It wasn’t melty at all. I took a bite just 30 seconds after receiving the bag, and it had already hardened. I assume they fried them, but it certainly didn’t seem like it. It was unappetizing. I managed to eat one, but when I tried to take a bite of another, I ended up spitting it out. The burger was decent, though.

Delicious. I have to ask, though: why is it that a flame-broiled burger can be served cold, with unmelted cheese? I appreciate the freshness, but in my opinion, hot and fresh is fantastic. Hot food should be served hot, right?
The food was underwhelming as usual, but the employee who took my drive-thru order, Derek (I believe), was exceptional. He was quick, polite, and efficient! It looks like Burger King is back to hiring great staff!
BK is fantastic, but I had an issue with someone bothering me under the table! The food is affordable and the staff is friendly.
