Order food around 4 pm yesterday 11/12. 2 Hours later my children and I proceed to vomit and barf up the food for which it was not cooked properly or mishandled by the STAFF. Was up till 3 am barfing up the food poisoning from BK. Called them to let themknow about the situation, so it won?t happen again with other people eating there. Yet the manager on the phone at 8 am wasbeyond rude and disrespectful towards the situation. DO NOT EAT HERE UNLESS YOU ENJOY FOOD POISONING AND GETTING DISRESPECTED.???? 0/5 STARS
Once again I try this location. They failed again. I ordered the bacon king no mayo add ketchup. Got the first one had mayo.. took back showed them, said get you another one. Gave me a double cheese sandwich no bacon on a regular small bun. I saidit's the size of a whopper. Lady said I gave you the wrong the first time. I gave ordered before and no the sandwich. I saidno bacon how is it a bacon king. She walked way. So done.
I love the flavor of their burgers, but they often mess up orders. It’s one of those things you have to accept. Before COVID, they had definitely improved. I’m sure the current staffing issues are to blame. The managers are making a strong effort, but with such a limited labor pool right now, you just have to take what you can get.
This Burger King location is one of the best in the area. The woman handling the morning drive-thru was very friendly, and the food met my expectations. She might have been the manager, but whoever she was, she truly deserves 5 stars. I wouldn’t hesitate to visit again in the future.

I watched the staff prepare my order incorrectly, and when I tried to assist the cashier in preventing the mistake, she insisted on doing it her way. I requested double cheese on both sandwiches but only received single cheese.
Waited 23 minutes in the drive-thru, and my order was just tossed in a bag leaking grease. The sandwich had more mayo than chicken. This place and its staff are terrible. $15 an hour, seriously?
Service was very slow as I had placed a mobile order, I still had to wait 35 minutes and my order was still prepared incorrectly. Come on Burger King, you're slipping fast!
