Kasse erst nach 2 Aufforderung bedient. Unfähiges Personal, unorganisiert und überfordert bei grösserer Menge an Bestellungen. Nicht zu empfehlen und inakzeptabel für eine FASTfood Kette. One from the best branches I ate in. Very well done the burgers and the friets very well made. Fast services and clean. I have been in different branches of burger king and this is one from the best branches in Switzerland. Near the highway number 1 so easily you can stop by to eat then continue your way.
Warm Coke and cold fries. Manager says the soda dispenser is not working properly but is still fine serving warm drinks. All sorts of products is pushed on you but you have to beg for salt and pepper. A case study in poor customer service.
