Same ole trash staff . I said I need a minute to think . She said ok tell me when your ready . After one minute I said I was ready . No reply. For about two minutes straight I kept asking for someone and got nothing . The new Burger King is picking up right where the old Burger King left off . West Henrietta Burger King is forever garbage because that’s all they hire .

The service was lousy. Huge wet mess by the fountain drink station with a rolled up carpet in the middle of it with the mop and bucket just sitting there. The food wasn't cooked right and couldn't even finish my food and didn't feel good afterwards.
So tried to order but they were closed 40 minutes before they were closed. The employees could not be bothered to stop smoking weed by the back door to help people who wanted to give them money. Too bad… Book a table now
The food was hot. Line went fast. Service was excellent. But the number of frits for 2.29 is kind of disappointing. And two tubes Ketchup wasn't extra ketchup. But overall it was an excellent experience
I realize it was very busy, but we put in a detailed mobile order and two of the burgers didn't have bacon (that was added specifically. We also were missing side sauces that came with our items.
I love the people who work here especially crystal, amy and louise! this makes the best mocha eiskaffee! I live for it!
