My coworker and I just ordered. I called the restaurant and was put on hold. They never came back to the phone…just left it off the hook. I hung up and called back but the line was busy for about 10 minutes. When the line was finally clear they kept picking up the phone and hanging up in my face. I literally called back 5 times and they did this repeatedly each and every time. I just had a simple request for my order. We ordered 2 meals. When our food came, one whole meal was missing. Like, half of our order was just not there at all. Tried calling back but of course they never answered. Such a disappointment. First and last time ordering from this location
I absolutely loooove this place in the mornings!!! I work nights so when I get off, my Friday ill stop for a treat and they have literally never disappointed. Presentation, taste...wait time..everything is awesome! This is definitely the best BK. Saturday morning crew is the best! Thank you for feeding me and being super great. You all deserve a raise. Honestly.
I always visit this place after midnight, so I can only comment on the service during those late hours. It’s hands down the best location you can find. They never skimp on the portion sizes, and the food is always neatly packaged. Out of all the places I’ve tried in Chicago, this location is definitely my favorite. I would give it a perfect 10/10!
It's Burger King, so there isn’t much to elaborate on. The staff is friendly, and the drive-thru experience is quite efficient. Definitely take advantage of the app for special offers. As for parking, there’s plenty of it available. Wheelchair accessibility is also good.

Smells like mice are stuck inside the cooking pipe smells after you cook the food I can smell Dead mice soon as I walked out saw the smoke come out the pipe om roof
The chicken nuggets were delicious. Although the soda machine was out of order, the tasty food more than made up for it.
