We visited this restaurant for lunch, and it was a disappointing experience. While ordering at the kiosk, I noticed a staff member take a kids' meal bag out of the trash. Despite that, we decided to sit down. When our food arrived, it looked appealing, but unfortunately, it didn’t taste as good as it looked. The chicken wrap was the worst thing I’ve ever eaten. To make matters worse, they forgot the toy that comes with the kids' meal, and when a staff member finally brought it to us, her excuse was unconvincing. Honestly, this place makes hospital food seem gourmet.
Not fast food. This place seems understaffed every time I come here and going through the drive thru takes 10 minutes at least with only 3 cars in front. If the line is longer than 5 cars i don't eat here unfortunately. The food is good and the people are good, but something is wrong with the management of this store if the delays are so consistent over the years I've gone here.
I placed a takeout order, but unfortunately, the drink dispenser was out of Coke. I had to request a drink carrier for my two beverages. Once I got home, I found that the Whoppers were stale and dry, and the fries were cold.
I saw an advertisement on TV for a buy one get one free deal on Whoppers for April 8th. However, when I went to the drive-thru, they didn't honor the offer. It felt like a bait and switch!
