I just came from Burger King in Chester Ny. I ordered two sausage, egg and cheese biscuit sandwiches without the egg hash browns in a small tea. When I open my sandwiches much to my surprise, I was serve Joe instead of biscuit with the cheese and sausage.. I called Burger King immediately asked to speak with a manager and she stated her name was Stephanie. I told her when I receive, and her only answer was OK as if she didn’t care.. My children were bummed that the Play Place wasn't reopened, it is still blocked with caution tape. However, they enjoyed their Kid's Meals and the Sonic toys that were inside. They had a lot of fun with those. I had a great time with my kiddos, which is what it's really about. Kid-friendliness: This location has a Play Place for the kids. They really enjoy it (ages: 2, 4 and 7) It's been closed for a little while now, not sure what's going on. Hope it reopens soon! Wheelchair accessibility: There are wheelchair accessible tables at this location.
I had the worst experience in Burger King in Chester! There was a guy with blonde highlights I think he’s mix it whatever, he didn’t make my order right, made me wait for 20 mins in the drive thru! I don’t understand what kinda people they hire these day! No one had any respect! They were talking and laughing, bad customer service. Ik their managers don’t give a damn but still, if you need a good review or feedback always respect the customer with good service!

I have visited this restaurant twice in the past month and on both occasions, I had to wait over 20 minutes for my fast food order. The staff usually consists of only 2 to 3 people, including the manager, which results in slow and poor service.
They gave me a small cup when I asked for a large. What are you trying to say!?!?Then I asked for a bacon egg and cheese with no croissant. I got one with a croissant and I got no bacon.

Pretty good burgers sold here and the service was really quick plus it has some nice seats inside when dining in.
The restaurant is spotless and the service was excellent. Prices have gone up due to inflation.
