Horrible experience won't see me again! Ordered online for drive thru only have a 30 min lunch break. Got to drive thru car in front of me about a 5 minute wait know my turn I wait another 5 minutes until can I help you. I gentleman I have a mobile order under my name he tells me to pull up to the window. Theirs to cars still in front of me get to window guy come to window with food stuffed in his mouth. This is the good part tell him I have mobile order he gives me my drink and tells me to pull up to front door. Hi, I didn’t hate the food, it was good!! But the customer service was outstanding!!! I was in the drive thru and the cashier, Ava was really cordial, polite and professional, very helpful and prompt. Pleasant to talk to and I will definitely be coming back to this location.
I was quite disappointed at my trip to Burger king. Service was slow in the location was tired, but that doesn't surprise me with that chain. Eating their over 50 times, so I know what to expect. I'll try again but it'll be a few years
