The fist time I had this pizza I thought I had found a gold mine. Well that couldn’t be further from than the truth. This is the third time in a row we’ve ordered the 5 cheese pizza and been extremely disappointed. This time the pizza was raw in themiddle, and had no red sauce but a plethora of ricotta cheese. It was basically soggy cheese bread. A whole slice consisted ofan air bubble and it just overall was not edible. I will not order from here again, as we’ve complained before about rawpizza. Owner, if you have too many orders and are overwhelmed, hire more people. I’d try to support local business, but notwhen it’s to the detriment of my palate and pockets.
I felt compelled to share my thoughts on Magdalena’s Pizza. To start, I don’t think they deserve such a high star rating, which is why I'm giving them a low score. After reading the negative reviews, I recently attended a party where two different guests specifically warned me against ordering from Magdalena’s due to their unsatisfactory quality and poor service (I was told that no one answers the phone). Magdalena’s should realize that people pay attention to these reviews.
I gave this place 5 stars before, it was amazing. Unfortunately tonight I was sold a burned meat lover pizza. Last time I was there I tought it was a little overcooked but I didn't make a big deal. Today was burned totally, the crust the sausage eventhe pepperoni were making sound when biting. I called the store and after 2 min of talking with them and telling them about mypizza, and that I want another one, the phone cut off and I could not call back.. ..
Usually the pizza is great but the staff working Friday 12/29/2023 around 5 PM totally messed up. There was hardly any sauce or cheese and the crust was way too thin. It was an over priced mess. Usually the pizza is great but obviously something went wrong Friday because is was awful. Hope this is a one off event and you can make this right. There is no phone to reach anyone, so I was not able to call to talk to someone about our experience.

I don't know if they sold it to someone else or what but there were all new people in there when we went. Usually get the pizza rolls which are fantastic but was told they didn't have any to make. I think they just didn't know how they were made. Wound upgetting meat lovers pizza and it was horrible. I hope they didn't sell out because they used to be the best place to go.
I think this place has new owners. The place used to have one of the best pizzas in tampa. This most recent visit was very different and not in a good way. The pizza was overcooked and did not have the amount of toppings or cheese than it used tohave. If indeed there are new owners I would recommend you think about going back to how the pizza was made here in the past.
Hands down the BEST pizza I’ve EVER had. The flavors and taste are unmatched and they’re obviously using premium ingredients. Normally pizza will give me some minor heartburn every single time I eat it, but I haven’t experienced that oncewith Magdalena’s. Their Bocci balls are to die for and their 5 cheese, BBQ chicken and chicken bacon ranch are absolutelyunbeatable!
One of the best pies I’ve had in Tampa. Flavor was excellent, crust was great, cheese didn’t fall off at all, very well priced. Glad it’s so close to home! I was born and raised on Jersey pizza and this hit the spot perfectly! Very kind staff, quick service, definitely found my new spot!

I drove three hours only to find that the restaurant was closed at 7:15 PM! This is misleading and I’m really disappointed.
The customer service was outstanding, and the pie was incredibly delicious!
